摘要
世界各地都有相应的法律控制香烟的消费,其中重要的手段就是全面禁止烟草广告。本文从成本收益的角度分析了全面禁止烟草广告政策的无效笥,并对社会上如何开展禁烟工作提出了一些意见。
Many countries have laws controlling tobacco consumption.One of the laws implemented is the outlawing of tobacco advertisements.This paper analyzes tobacco advertisement from the perspective of law and economics and reaches the con- clusion that it is inefficient to completely outlaw tobacco advertisements.Alternative policy recommendations for reducing tobacco consumption are provided.
