摘要
视网膜色素变性(retinitis pigmentosa,RP)是一种严重危害视功能的遗传性致盲性眼病,具有显著的遗传和临床的异质性。光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)以分辨率高、成像速度快、非侵入性及无创性特点一直以来被广泛用于眼底病变的检查和研究,尤其在RP视网膜和脉络膜微观结构的观察和测定的应用方面具有明显优势。本文就OCT在RP临床检查中的应用进展进行了综述。
Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) which damages visual function seriously is an inherited and blindness-causing disease and is characterized by genetic and clinical heterogeneity. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) has been used for examination and research in fundus lesions widely due to it's high resolution,fast imaging and non-invasion,and it also has obvious advantages in the retina and choroid microstructure observation and measurement. This review summarized application of OCT in retinitis pigmentosa in clinical examination up to date.
