摘要
文章从用户体验角度出发,根据工作流程中接触点的分析方法,以我国内河货轮驾驶舱为例,进行工作流程失败点的分析,提出货轮驾驶舱设计系统构建的原则,旨在提升国内货轮驾驶舱系统的合理性,获得系统的最高综合效能,优化船员的工作方式,改善其生存质量,以期对其他型船的驾驶舱设计有所启示。
From the perspective of consumer experience and based on the analytical method of workflow junction point, the paper analyzes workflow point of failure, proposes the principle of freighter cockpit design system construction, aiming to improve the rationality of domestic freighter cockpit system, get the highest comprehensive efficiency of the system, optimize the way the crew work and improve their survival quality to give some inspiration for the cockpit design of some other types of ships.
