摘要
在线旅游市场空间巨大,目前国内市场覆盖率只有10%左右,而国外市场覆盖率超过了70%。但在线旅游服务也存在一些问题,如产品同质化严重、用户与产品互动性低等。本文主要介绍了国内在线旅游服务存在的问题、用户的潜在需求,游戏化理论研究的现状以及游戏化理论在在线旅游服务产品中的运用场景,以至于给用户带去全新的旅游体验感受。
The market space of online travel is huge, and the current domestic market coverage rate is only about 10%, but foreign market coverage rate is over 70%. But there are also some problems in online travel service, such as serious product homogeneity, low interactivity of users and products.
