老年脑血栓患者应用依那普利联合丹参川芎嗪治疗的疗效及护理

The Curative with Enalapril Combined with Salvia Ligustrazine and Nursing Effect of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的:研究分析采用依那普利联合丹参川芎嗪治疗老年脑血栓患者的临床效果及护理措施。方法:选取2014年2月至2016年2月期间,在南昌市第三医院接受治疗的80例老年脑血栓患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用依那普利联合丹参川芎嗪治疗并给予优质护理,对照组患者采用丹参川芎嗪治疗并给予常规护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率97.5%显著优于对照组患者的治疗有效率72.5%(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度97.5%优于对照组患者的护理满意度75%(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:老年脑血栓患者应用依那普利联合丹参川芎嗪治疗的疗效显著,同时给予优质护理,不仅提高治疗效果,而且改善护理满意度,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective： To study and analyze with enalapril combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in the treatment of senile cerebral thrombosis in patients with clinical effect and nursing measures. Methods： From February 2014 to February 2016, 80 cases of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Observation group was treated by enalapril combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine and nursing care, the control group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine therapy and routine nursing care, curative effect, adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. F,a^mlts： The effective rate of observation group （97.5%） was significantly better than the control group （72.5%, P〈0.05）; the two groups of patients with incidence of adverse reactions compared no significant difference （P〉0.05）; observation group nursing satisfaction （97.5%） was better than the control group （75%, P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The curative effect of enalapril combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza tigustrazine in treating senile cerebral thrombosis was effective, while giving high quality nursing, not only improve the therapeutic effecl but also improve nursing satisfaction, thus it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
