酮替芬治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Ketotifen in the Treatment of Infection Induced Coughing

目的:观察酮替芬在治疗感染后咳嗽中的临床效果。方法:选取本院2014年11月至2015年11月所收治的148例感染后咳嗽患者为本次研究对象,以随机法将其分为对照组及观察组,其中对照组69例,在常规治疗的基础上施以孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组79例,在采用孟鲁司特钠治疗的基础上增加酮替芬治疗,对两组患者咳嗽治愈率及咳嗽评分进行对比。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者在咳嗽治愈率上明显高于对照组,在咳嗽评分上亦较治疗前有明显下降,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗感染后咳嗽时,采用酮替芬进行治疗可获得更为理想的治疗效果。

Objective： To observe curative effect of ketotifen in the treatment of infection induced coughing. Methods： 148 cases treated by ketotifen between November 2014 and November 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group includes 69 cases, on the basis of conventional treatment with meng LuSi sodium therapy; observation group includes 79 cases, on the basis of the treatment of the LuSi meng sodium combined with ketone treatment, the cure rate in two groups of patients with cough and cough scores were compared. Results： After treatment, the observation group of patients is significantly higher than the control group on cough cure rate, also in cough score than before treatment significantly decreased, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Concision： In the treatment of infection induced cough, use the ketone can obtain more ideal treatment effect.
