心房颤动患者使用华法林抗凝的影响因素及护理对策研究

Study on the Influence Factors and Nursing Countermeasures of Warfarin Anticoagulation in Atrial Fibrillation Patients

目的:分析心房颤动患者使用华法林接受抗凝治疗的相关影响因素及患者的具体护理对策。方法:选取南昌大学第二附属医院心血管内科于2015年1月至2016年1月期间收治的60例心房颤动患者为研究对象,所有患者接受临床检查后均需要接受华法林抗凝治疗,对患者接受治疗后的INR指标进行调整与观察,并总结患者接受华法林抗凝治疗的相关影响因素,进而提出相应的护理对策。结果:在心房颤动患者接受华法林抗凝治疗中,服药治疗及INR检测的依从性出现下降、患者饮食因素、药物因素、药物不良反应等成为患者使用华法林抗凝治疗的具体影响因素。结论:在心房颤动患者使用华法林抗凝治疗中,相关的影响因素相对较多,医护人员需要对此进行分析与把握,并在此基础上提出科学的护理对策,确保患者的治疗效果。

Objective： To analyze the influencing factors and the specific nursing strategies of patients with atrial fibrillation using warfarin anticoagulant therapy. Methods： 60 cases of atrial fibrillation patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research object, all the patients underwent clinical examination were required warfarin anticoagulation therapy, adjustment and observation of the I NR index of the patients after treatment, and summarize the related factors of warfarin anticoagulation in patients receiving, and then put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures. P-~axlts： The influence factors in patients with atrial fibrillation underwent warfarin anticoagulation therapy were medication compliance and the detection of INR decline in patients, dietary factors, drug factors, drug side effects. Conclusion： There were several influence factors for atrial fibrillation patients with warfarin anticoagulation therapy. The medical staffneed to analyze the situations, and put forward rational nursing countermeasures to ensure the treatment effect of the patients.
