摘要
现有的铸造涂料存在存储性、细腻度和隔热性等问题。对这些问题的产生进行了分析。根据分析结果,采用不同的黏结材料和耐火骨料研制了新型铸造涂料。新研制的铸造涂料提高了铸造涂料与金属基材的结合力,延长了铸造涂料的存放时间,已成功应用于实际生产。
Foundry coating now available present the problems of storability, fineness and heat-insulating ability. The reason why these problems produce was analyzed. Based on the analysis results, a new type of foundry coating was developed with the use of different binding agents and refractory aggregates. The newly developed foundry coating exhibited stronger adhesion to the basis metal and better storagability than the existing foundry coating, and has been successfully used in the actual production.
