曲轴箱铸件铸造工艺的改进

摘要 分析了曲轴箱铸件在铸造过程中产生夹砂、渗漏的原因。根据分析结果,改进了浇注系统,增大了阻流截面积,修改了过滤网搭接形式,增加了顶面补贴,以及填砂固定和出气道定位等措施,解决了曲轴箱铸件夹砂、渗漏等问题。 The reasons why defects such as sand inclusion and leakage produce in a crankcase castings during the pouring were analyzed. Based on the analysis results the precautions which include improvement in pouring system, increase in choke section size, modification of lapping fashion of filter net, addition of top pad, fixes of both packing sand and air flue have been adopted, thus removing the problems of sand inclusion and leakage.
