摘要 对一种新型球化剂进行了试验,目的是防止球铁铸件中一些很难消除的缩孔、缩松等缺陷的产生,也就是说从冶金学的角度来有效控制球铁铸件中的缺陷。实践证明:新型球化剂在控制球铁铸件缩孔、缩松方面有独特的效果,可以解决一些用普通工艺无法完全解决的技术问题,已在铸造生产线上大量应用。 A new type of nodulizer was studied to prevent defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity difficult to be eliminated by common ways, that is, effective control of the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity in ductile iron castings in view of metallurgy was conducted. It was confirmed in practice that the new type of nodulizer has unique effect in controlling the defects in ductile iron castings, and makes it possible to remove some problems that can not be completely solved by common technology. This nodulizer has been used in large amounts in the casting production line.
