摘要
以铝合金消失模铸造车间为研究对象，简要介绍了消失模铸造工艺及其优缺点，分析了车间的通风、除尘及噪声等现场的环境问题，提出了铝合金消失模铸造车间环境治理的原则及相应的治理措施，能够有效地改善消失模铸造车间的环境，各种污染物均能得到有效的控制。
Taking aluminum alloy evaporative pattern casting workshop as the investigated object, the evaporative pattern casting process and its advantages and disadvantages were briefly introduced. The environmental problems such as air ventilation, dedusting and noise in the workshop were analyzed. Principle and related measures for environmental control in the evaporative pattern casting workshop for aluminum alloy were put forward, making it possible to effectively improve environment of the evaporative pattern casting workshop and to control various pollutants.
