摘要
在铸造现场,铸钢件浇注时跑火原因包括:(1)分型面处理不到位;(2)铸件或浇注系统吃砂量小;(3)直浇道拐弯处漏钢;(4)浇注系统漏钢和下箱下沉;(5)浇注系统型砂分层;(6)抬箱、涨箱、压箱。根据这6种原因采取了相应的预防措施,有效地防止了铸钢件浇注跑火事故的发生。
Causes why run-out will occur when pouring steel castings in casting site are as tollows: (a) unfavoured parting plane treatment; (b) less sand holding amount in the pouring system; (e) molten steel leakage in sprue turn; (d) molten steel leakage in the pouting system and drag sinking; (e) moulding sand lamination in the pouring system; (f) bleeder, swell and compaction. The appropriate measures preventing the run-out from occurring have been adopted, thus effectively eliminating the run-out.
