循证医学方法对咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣疗效的评价

Evaluation of evidence-based treatment design to the therapeutic effect of imiquimod in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum

目的对国内用5%咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效进行评价。方法随机选取2013年6月11日至2016年6月11日文献报道的用5%咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的患者为研究对象,应用循证学的方法,分析患者治愈率,文献检索库为中国知网,检索关键词为"咪喹莫特"和"尖锐湿疣",时间限定为2013年6月11日至2016年6月11日。结果共检索到文献96篇,严格执行纳入和排除标准,符合条件的文献有2篇,以治愈率为指标,研究结果发现,2篇文献中5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣的治愈率分别为86.5%、82.4%,均大于80.0%。结论研究表明,对尖锐湿疣采用咪喹莫特治疗的疗效较好,能够有效提高治愈率,可以为临床治疗尖锐湿疣提供有效的借鉴。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Patients from documents published in periodicals during June 11, 2013 to June 11, 2016 who used imiquimod for the treatment of condyloma acuminatum were selected as the objects, and they were reviewed by evidence- based treatment design to analyze the cure rate. The library literature retrieval was CNKI, the keywords were＂imiquimod＂ and ＂condyloma acuminatum＂, and the time was from June 11, 2013 to June 11, 2016. Results There were 96 articles were retrieved, and two documents conformed to the condition when standard was carry out. The results of the study showed that the cure rates of 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum were 86.5%, 82.4% respectively, both the above rates were more than 80.0%. Conclusion The study shows that the imiquimod has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of eondyloma acuminatum, which can effectively improve the cure rate and offer an effective reference for the clinical treatment of condyloma aeuminatum.
