腰椎关节突关节的X线基础研究及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨腰椎关节突关节的X线基础及临床意义。方法 回顾分析2015年2月至2016年2月在我院进行腰椎关节突关节X线检查的168例患者临床资料,观察CT骨窗轴位像关节突关节的关节间隙宽度、关节突关节角度的改变情况,总结治疗腰椎关节突关节病的早期表现和诊断标准。结果 同一椎体不同性别关节突关节角度比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同性别蕴猿~蕴缘关节突关节间隙比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);男女上关节突高度(ZH)与椎弓根高度(PH)比值、上关节突内缘距(IFD)与椎弓根间距(IPD)比值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 研究腰椎关节突关节的X线基础,对关节突关节退变程度的评估具有重要的指导意义。 Objective To investigate the basis and clinical significance of X-ray in lumbar zygapophyseal joint. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight clinical data of patients who underwent X-ray examination of lumbar zygapophyseal joint during February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Under CT bone window axial image, to observe joint gap width and facet joint angle of zygapophyseal joint, then to summarize the early performance and diagnostic criteria of lumbar zygapophyseal joint disease. Results The difference of facet joint angles of zygapophyseal joint between same lumbar and different genders was statistically significant (P〈0.05); the differences of lumbar joint gap width of L3~L5 between different grnders were statistically significant (P〈0.05); there was no statistically significant difference between ZH/PH, IFD/IPD in men and women (P〉0.05). Conclusion X-ray basis in lumbar zygapophyseal joint has an important guiding significance for joint degeneration degree assessment.
