补气活血通络汤治疗类风湿关节炎73例效果观察

The effect of Buqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction on 73 patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨补气活血通络汤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法选取我院门诊73例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,选用补气活血通络汤进行治疗,依照患者个体差异在治疗中进行辨证加减,治疗两个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果治疗前患者的关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节屈伸不利、关节晨僵评分分别为(5.02±1.23)分、(5.78±0.50)分、(1.81±0.71)分、(1.86±0.94)分,治疗后各症状的积分分别为(1.67±0.9)分、(2.21±0.93)分、(0.71±0.65)分、(0.91±0.67)分,治疗前后积分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2两个疗程后评价治疗效果,痊愈率为82.19%(60/73),好转率为8.22%(6/73),无效率为9.59%(7/73),治疗总有效率为90.41%。结论补气活血通络汤辨证治疗类风湿关节炎临床效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigated the effect of formula of Buqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction on 73 patients of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Seventy three cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and treated with Buqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction,during the treatment the formula was syndrome differentiation to add and subtract according to the individual differences, the clinical efficacy were observed after treatment. Results Before treatment, the joint swelling, joint pain, adverse joint flexion and extension, joint morning stiffness score were respectively （5.02±1.23）, （5.78±0.5）, （1.81±0.71）, and （1.86±0.94）, after treatment the symptoms integral were respectively （1.67±0.9）, （2.21 ±0.93）, （0.71 ±0.65） and （0.91±0.67）, the difference of comparison before and after treatment showed statistics significance （P〈0.05）; after two courses of treatment, the cure rate was 82.19% （60/73）, the recovery rate was 8.22% （6/73）, inefficiency rate was 9.59% （7/73）, the total effective rate was 90.41%. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation treatment with Buqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction is effective and feasible for rheumatoid arthritis.
