去金属伪影序列syngo WARP在磁共振成像中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨一种去金属伪影序列(syngo WARP)扫描在金属植入物患者骨肌磁共振成像中的应用价值。方法:选取35例接受过金属植入物手术的患者,分别行常规序列及WARP序列扫描,所得图像质量评分用中位数(P25,P75)表示。使用Wilcoxon符号秩次检验比较两种序列之间的评分有无统计学差异,运用Kappa检验评价两名评分医生评价的一致性。结果:采用WARP序列进行扫描的图像质量评分为3(2,3)明显高于常规序列的2(1,2),差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.097,P<0.001)。两名评分医生一致性检验显示,使用WARP序列的Kappa值为0.615(P<0.001),高于常规序列(Kappa值为0.126,P=0.302)。结论:使用WARP扫描技术可以明显改善图像质量,丰富术后诊断信息。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of syngo WARP sequence in patients with musculoskeletal metallic prosthesis.Methods:Thirty-five patients with metallic prosthesis were enrolled,and received conventional sequences and sequences with syngo WARP,the quality score of image was indicated by median(P25,P75).Wilcoxon signed rank test was performed to compare the differences of image quality score between two sequences,and Kappa test was used to evaluate the consistency of the results by two doctors.Results:The image quality score of sequences with syngo WARP was scored by3(2,3),which was significantly higher than conventional sequence 2(1,2)(Z=-5.097,P〈0.001).The consistency of scores by two doctors showed that the Kappa value of sequences with syngo WARP was 0.615(P〈0.001),which was higher than conventional MR sequences(kappa=0.126,P=0.302).Conclusions:Syngo WARP technique could effectively improve the image quality,and provide postoperative diagnostic information.
