脂联素在心脏舒张功能不全中的研究进展

Research progress of adiponectin in cardiac diastolic dysfunction

脂联素是白色脂肪细胞分泌最多的细胞因子。临床研究证实,心脏舒张功能不全时伴随血清脂联素水平的降低,低脂联素血症是导致舒张功能不全的重要独立危险因素。基础研究发现,脂联素水平降低可减少心肌细胞Ca^(2+)转运,增加心肌炎性浸润和氧化应激,促进心肌肥大及纤维化,从而诱导或加重心脏舒张功能不全。

Adiponectin is the cytokine secreted by white adipocytes.Clinical studies have confirmed that cardiac diastolic dysfunction is accompanied with the decline of serum adiponectin level,and hypoadiponectinemia has been considered as an important independent risk factor for diastolic dysfunction.Basic research found that the decrease of adiponectin level might reduce myocardiocyte Ca^（2＋）transport,increase myocardial inflammatory infiltration and oxidative stress,promote myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis,which can induce or aggravate cardiac diastolic dysfunction.
