摘要
目的了解辽宁省某润滑油研发单位生产中产生的职业病危害因素及其浓(强)度,为制定预防职业病危害的措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析和评价。结果该项目正常运行过程中存在的主要化学职业病危害因素有:戊烷、正己烷、正庚烷、非甲烷总烃、甲苯、丁酮、三氯甲烷、二氯甲烷、二硫化碳、四氢呋喃、甲醇、异丙醇、乙腈、乙酸、硫酸、盐酸、氯苯、苯胺、四氯乙烯、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、溶剂汽油等和噪声。化学毒物检测合格率为100%。润滑油评定岗台架组噪声40 h等效声级为85.8 d B(A),其余岗位噪声8 h和40 h等效声级均低于85 d B(A)。结论该单位作业现场中存在的化学职业病危害因素达30多种,检测结果均符合职业接触限值的要求。但在职业卫生档案管理和职业病危害公告等方面有待进一步完善。
[Objective]To understand the occupational hazard factors in the production of a lubricant research and development unit in Liaoning Province,analyze their concentration/intensity,and provide the basis for developing the prevention measures against the occupational hazards.[Methods]A comprehensive evaluation and evaluation was performed by the methods of field occupational health investigation,occupational hazards detection and occupational health examination.[Results]The chemical occupational hazard factors during the normal operation of the project mainly included N-pentane,N-hexane,N-heptane,non-methane hydrocarbon,toluene,butanone,trichlormethane,dichloromethane,carbon disulfide,tetrahydrofuran,methanol,isopropanol,acetonitrile,acetic acid,sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,chlorobenzene,aniline,ethylene tetrachloride,carbon monoxide,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide and solvent naphtha,as well as noise. The qualified rate of chemical poisons was 100%.40-hour equivalent sound level of bench group in lubricant evaluation post was 85.8 d B(A),and the 8-hour and 40-hour equivalent sound levels of other posts were lower than 85 d B(A).[Conclusion]There are over 30 kinds of chemical occupational hazard factors in the work place of this unit,and the detection results basically meet the requirements of the occupational health. However,the occupational health records management and occupational hazard announcement need to be further improved.
