高校高水平运动队群体凝聚力主因子及对策研究——以南京高校高水平运动队为例

On Main Factors and Countermeasures of Top level College Sports Team's Group Cohesion——A Case Study of Nanjing College Sports Teams

以心理学、管理学、体育统计学等为理论依据,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,选取南京市10所高校18支高水平运动队作为研究的调查对象,对高校高水平运动队群体凝聚力开展调查研究,研究发现,影响高校高水平运动队群体凝聚力的主要因素有5大类,按照影响的重要程度依次是团队因子、教练因子、队员因子、训练因子、支持因子。提出高校高水平运动队群体凝聚力的提升策略:注重团队文化打造、强化教练员综合执教素养、提升运动员的团队归属感、针对队伍类型和实际情况优化训练体系,并从内外机制上加大对运动队的全方位的支持。

Proceeding from sciences of psychology, management, sports statistics, the investigation is made on 10 colleges and universities in Nanjing selected 18 high-level sports teams through methods of literature consultation, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics etc. , Group cohesion is set to be object of research. It is found that main factors affecting college sports team group cohesion fall into five categories according to the degree of influence of the ranking. They are respectively factors of the team, coach factor, player factor, factor of training, support factor Accordingly, policies to enhance group co- hesion are to create a team-oriented culture, to strengthen the comprehensive coaching literacy coaches, to enhance athletes＇ sense of belonging, to optimize train system in line with team type and situation and to increase support for the full range of sports teams from the internal and external mechanisms.
