中医综合治疗对Ⅲ～Ⅳ期宫颈癌证候积分的影响

Effects of Comprehensive Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Syndrome Scores of Cervical Cancer in Stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ

目的：观察中医综合治疗对Ⅲ~Ⅳ期宫颈癌患者中医证候积分的影响。方法 ：将120例宫颈癌患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例,治疗组予以中医综合治疗及西医对症支持治疗,对照组仅给予西医对症支持治疗,疗程28 d,观察第14,28天各证型中医证候积分改善情况,并比较治疗前后差值。结果：总体比较,治疗后两组各证型证候积分均降低,两组治疗后与治疗前比较,P14d0.05,P28d0.05,气滞血瘀证、湿热瘀毒证、脾肾两虚证P28d0.05。结论：中医综合治疗能够改善中晚期宫颈癌患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,气滞血瘀证、湿热瘀毒证、脾肾两虚证能较早获得疗效。

Objective：To observe the effects of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） On syndrome scores of cervical cancer in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ. Methods：Total 120 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,60 patients in each group. The treatment group received a comprehensive treatment of TCM and western medicine symptomatic treatment while the control group was given the western medicine symptomatic treatment,both for 28 days. The improvements of TCM syndrome scores on the 14~h,28~ days were observed and the difference before and after treatment was compared. Results ：Generally,all the syndrome scores in both groups after treatment were reduced,comparing both the groups before and after treatment（P14d〈0.05 ,P28d〈0.05）,comparing the same period in the two groups after treatment（P14d〉0.05,P28d〈0.01）. TCM syndrome scores declined better in the treatment group,comparing the differences between the two groups（P〈0.01 ）. The syndrome scores in Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,damp-heat,toxin and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney deft ciency syndrome （P14d〈0.05,P28d〈0.05）,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome （P28d〈0.05） were reduced, comparing all the syndrome types in both groups before and after treatment,while the syndrome scores in the four syndrome types of the control group were reduced（P28d〈0.05）. Comparing the four syndrome types in the same period of the two groups,the syndrome scores had no statistical significance in all the four syndrome types（P14d〉0.05）,the syndrome scores in Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,damp-heat,toxin and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were reduced（P28d〈0.05） while the scores in liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome had no statistical difference （P28d〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： The comprehensive treatment of TCM could improve the clinical symptoms in patients with advanced cervical cancer and improve patient＇s life quality,curative effects could receive early in Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,damp-heat,toxin and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.
