小建中汤配伍不同糖类方对胃溃疡模型小鼠预防的比较研究 被引量:8

Comparison Study on Preventive Effects of Xiaojianzhong Decoction Combined with Different Sugar Formulas on Gastric Ulcer in Mice

摘要 目的:研究小建中汤配伍不同糖类方对胃溃疡模型小鼠影响的差异及机制。方法 :根据灌胃无水乙醇法建立小鼠胃溃疡模型,给模型小鼠连续灌药7 d后眼球采血检测血清SOD、MDA含量;采血后即处死小鼠,取全胃剖开测定溃疡指数,进行肉眼胃黏膜形态学观察,并行HE染色,显微镜观察胃组织病理学变化。结果:小建中汤饴糖组、小建中汤葡萄糖组能明显降低胃溃疡模型小鼠的溃疡指数,降低溃疡模型小鼠血清中MDA含量,提高SOD含量,与模型组比较存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);小建中汤白砂糖组、小建中汤乳糖组与模型组比较无显著性差异。结论:小建中汤饴糖组、小建中汤葡萄糖组对无水乙醇法致小鼠胃溃疡具有一定的预防和保护作用,其机制可能与其抑制体内自由基生成、提高氧自由基清除系统活性等有关。 Objective:To study the effect differences and mechanism of Xiaojianzhong decoction combined with different sugar formulas on gastric ulcer induced by anhydrous ethanol in mice. Methods:Gastric ulcer models of mice were established by intragastric administration of anhydrous ethanol,serum SOD,MDA contents in the eyeball blood were detected after continuous irrigation for 7 d. Then,the mice were killed,the whole stomach was ripped open to determine the ulcer index,gross morphology of gastric mucosa were ob- served and stained by HE and pathological changes of gastric tissue were observed by microscope. The Xiaojianzhong decoction(caramel group,glucose group) could significantly decrease the ulcer index of ethanol induced gastric ulcer in mice,reduce MDA content and increase SOD content,compared with the model group with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Xiaojianzhong decoction(white sugar group,the lactose group) had no significant difference with the model group. Conclusion:Xiaojianzhong decoction(maltose group,glucose group) had the effect of preventing and protecting gastric ulcer induced by anhydrous ethanol in mice,the mechanism may be realized by inhibiting the generation of free radicals ,improving oxygen free radical scavenging system.
