引滦入津工程通信系统骨干网络设计

摘要 引滦入津是国内第1座大型跨流域引水工程,建成投运已近40年,对国内引水工程的建设、运行起着引领示范的作用。随着引滦工程运行业务的迅速发展及科技的进步,建设新一代通信网迫在眉睫。IP方案、ATM方案、SDH方案作为引滦入津工程管理信息系统的主干网络都能完成其数据传输、视频信号传输、语音信号传输的功能。经综合比较,选用IP方案。 Water diversion project from Luanhe River to Tianjin is the first large-scale inter basin water diversion project.The project has been completed and put into operation for nearly 40 years,it plays a leading role in the construction and operation of domestic water diversion projects.With the rapid development of operational business of the project and scientific and technological progress,building a new generation of communication network is imminent.As the backbone network of the management information system of water diversion project from Luanhe River to Tianjin,IP program,ATM program and SDH program can realize data transmission,video signal transmission and voice signal transmission.By comprehensive consideration,IP program is selected.
