摘要
对多管式烟囱钢内筒进行结构优化设计研究时,考虑外筒传来荷载与施工中开洞及吊装的影响是十分必要的。先对烟囱钢内筒开洞加固问题进行有限元分析并提出施工建议,然后按加固后钢内筒进行优化研究,并在优化时同步考虑钢内筒吊装的影响。为高效解决烟囱钢内筒优化设计问题,文章基于有限元分析方法和参数化设计思想,在分析外筒传来的荷载作用下和钢内筒施工时结构变形和应力分布的基础上,结合ANSYS中Design Opt工具开发了相关程序进行优化设计,合理确定截面尺寸。该方法可以避免繁琐的传统手工设计计算与验证,极大提高了设计精度和效率。分析结果可以为今后的类似工程设计提供参考。
It is necessary to consider the influence of the external cylinder load and opening and construction on the steel flue structure optimization of a multi-flue chimney. Structural optimization was carried out when the construction influence of the steel flue was considered. In order to solve the problem of optimal design of steel flue of a multi-flue chimney,deformation and stress distribution under the loading from external tube and lifting were discussed through finite element analyses. Based on the Design Opt tools in large general-purpose finite element analysis software ANSYS,structural optimization was performed and the cross-sectional size was obtained. The proposed approach avoids complex manual calculation and improves design accuracy and efficiency.
