摘要 提出了基于技术经济合理化的结构设计理念,主张采用多方案技术经济对比的方法,选择最适用于本项目的结构方案,并在后续的施工图设计中进行精细化设计,最终实现技术经济合理化的多重目标。"多方案比选"和"精细化设计"是基于技术经济合理化的结构设计理念的两个核心要点,其中,"多方案比选"更是重中之重。在该理念的基础上形成基于技术经济合理化的结构设计方法,在结构设计中,充分运用这种设计方法,能够在满足建筑功能的前提下,有效地实现安全性和经济性的平衡统一。技术经济合理化程度作为衡量结构设计成果的宏观标准,技术经济合理化程度较高表现为以较低的工程造价实现适度的结构安全度和尽可能最大限度地满足建筑品质和功能要求。选择了三个较为典型的结构设计案例,分别对其结构设计的技术经济合理化程度进行评估,对技术经济合理化程度极低、较低的案例中存在的问题,从方案和精细化设计角度提出了调整建议,诠释了基于技术经济合理化的设计理念和方法,较为形象地说明了这种设计理念和方法对于指导结构设计的意义。 This paper puts forward a structural design method based on the technical and economic rationalization. A most suitable structural scheme is chosen by scheme comparison and fine design method is be used in the subsequent construction design. Multiple objectives of the technical and economic optimization are achieved."Multi-scheme comparison and selection"and "fine design"are two key points of structural design idea based on the technical and economic rationalization. The former is the more important one. On the basis of this idea,the structural design method based on the technical and economic rationalization was developed. In structural design,a balance between safety and economy can be achieved on the basis of the building function.Technical and economic rationalization degree was used for evaluating design results. This paper chose three typical cases and different technical and economic rationalization degrees of structural design were evaluated.Scheme and fine design suggestions for these cases were discussed. Through these case studies,the structural design method based on the technical and economic rationalization and its significance for guiding structural design were illustrated.
