基于层次分析法的商业银行绩效评价研究

Study of the Performance Evaluation for Commercial Bank Based on AHP Model

随着经济全球化的不断发展,我国商业银行的竞争愈发激烈,建立一套科学合理的绩效评价体系对于提高商业银行核心竞争力有着至关重要的意义。围绕流动性、安全性、盈利能力及持续发展能力4个方面,建立了我国商业银行绩效评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法对不同评价指标赋予科学合理的权重,为我国商业银行绩效评价提供借鉴。

With the development of economic globalization,the competition of China＇s commercial banks becomes fiercer and fiercer,so it is essential for improving the competitiveness of commercial banks to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system. Focusing on liquidity,security,profitability and sustainable development capacity, this paper establishes performance evaluation index system for commercial bank,and gives reasonable and scientific weight to different performance evaluation index,so as to provide reference for performance evaluation of China ＇s commercial banks.
