论清季李端棻教育及图书馆思想——基于《请推广学校摺》一文的考察

作于1896年《请推广学校摺》一文,是维新运动时期深具指导性的重要文献,集中体现了李端棻对于时事政局的观察与对国是民依的思索,也高度概括了这位维新思想家教育及图书馆思想:构建并完善府县、省、京师三级办学体系;有效解决办学经费的途径;选拔优秀人才以充教习;积极创建全国图书馆系统。若按上述构想予以实施则国家崛起、民族复兴之伟业可期!

The article of“Memorial of please promote school”,which made in 1896,was the guiding document of the reform movement. It reflected Li Duan-fen’s observation for the current political situation and thinking about the national affairs,as well as highly summarized his education and library thoughts,that is：construct and perfect the school-runningsystem of county,provincial,capital three levels;how to solve the funding problems of school-running effectively;select excellent and talented people to fill the teachers’ rank;create the whole national library system positively. Thus,the great cause for the country’s rise and national’s revival would be realized in the near future,if we carried out thoroughly and rapidly,so that in accordance with the above assumptions or conceptions.
