黑木耳达耳1号的选育

摘要 为了筛选出适合四川宣汉当地栽培的高产、优质、抗性较强的黑木耳品种,以组织分离的野生黑木耳菌株为试验材料、黑木耳916-3为对照,通过生长特性、农艺性状、18S rDNA与ITS分类学鉴定、营养成分分析等,选出野生木耳(达耳1号)产量较高、抗逆性强、营养品质较高,其口感介于黑木耳与毛木耳之间。鉴定达耳1号为木耳科,木耳属,黑木耳种。
