基于PDCA循环的研究生培养全过程管理研究

On the Whole Process Management of Graduate Education Based on PDCA Cycle

鉴于研究生培养目标的要求和培养过程管理的现状,应以PDCA循环理论为指导,构建基于PDCA循环的研究生培养全过程管理体系。将P、D、C、A这4个管理环节贯穿于研究生培养全过程管理中,形成一个发现问题、解决问题的动态循环系统,明确研究生培养全过程管理的新思路和新模式,以促进研究生培养目标的顺利实现和研究生培养质量的提高。

In the view of current requirements of graduate education and its management status,guided by the PDCA cycle theory,this paper builds the whole process management system of graduate education based on PDCA cycle,makes four management links of P,D,C,A throughout the whole process management of graduate,forms a dynamic system to find problems and solves these problems. This new idea and new mode of whole process management of graduate education is put forward to promote the smooth realization of the goal of graduate education and the quality of our graduate education.
