近期我国地方本科院校向应用型大学转型发展的步伐骤然加快,对大学生的个人行为习惯、思维方式和价值观念产生了较大的影响。应用型本科院校的辅导员不仅要承担思想政治教育和日常管理等常规工作,还承担着培养新时期创新人才的重任,要求辅导员要秉持服务于学生、服务于地方本科院校转型发展的工作理念,对自身角色进行重新思考和定位,结合应用型本科院校的人才培养定位协助学校为社会培养具有一定竞争力的高素质应用型人才。这不但是推动辅导员从职业化、专业化向专家型发展的动力,也是促进应用型本科院校成功转型的基础。

Recently,the transform development from local undergraduate colleges to application-oriented university in China is quickly,and it had bigger effect for college students＇ personal behavior,thinking way and values concept. Counselors in applied undergraduate colleges should not only take the ideological and political education,daily management of routine work,but also bear the important task of cultivating innovative talents in the new period,the counselors are required to uphold the service to students,to serve the local undergraduate colleges transformation work idea of development,to rethink and positioning of counselor role,combining the need for talented persons training target of application-oriented universities and assist the school for the society and the country advanced applied talents training has a certain social competitiveness. Not only to promote the counselor from the power of the development of professionalization and specialization to technocrat,but also the foundation of successful transformation application-oriented universities.
