民族地区学前双语教师教育发展的问题及其对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Preschool Bilingual Teachers' Educational Development in Ethnic Minority Areas

教师教育改革一直是教育改革中的重要环节,当前学前双语教师教育改革还处于起步阶段。民族地区的学前双语教师教育发展存在一些问题,本文针对新疆喀什地区的学前双语教师教育发展中的问题进行简要的分析,并针对喀什地区学前双语教师教育发展出现的问题,提出相应的解决策略。

Teachers＇ education reform has always been an important part of the education reform. Preschool bilingual teacher education reform is in the initial stage. Preschool bilingual teachers＇ education development in ethnic minority areas have some problems,this paper makes a brief analysis on these problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
