某新建高速公路在摊铺GAC-25沥青混凝土下面层路面时出现施工质量效果差的问题。通过对施工的机械配置和施工路段进行分析,对沥青路面实施效果进行分析及对路面使用效果评价,在路面出现质量问题时采取相应的控制措施并取得了良好效果。
