公路建设项目精益建造模糊综合评价体系研究

Research on Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation System for Lean Construction of Highway Construction Project

随着精益思想在公路工程设计、施工、养护、监理等方面的不断应用和发展,精益建造评价体系的不断完善,在工程项目管理中发挥着重要作用。采用模糊综合评价法,通过构建一系列评价指标,提出了实现公路建设项目成本最小化目标的管理方法和工具,针对公路建设领域公路建设精益建造水平,为降低建设成本提出了改进方向。

As the lean thinking has been widely applied and continuously developed in highway engineering construction, mainte- nance, supervision and so on, it has gradually become the management methods and tools that reach the cost minimization goals of construction project in highway. However, Lean construction evaluation system is not perfect in the field of highway construction, with fuzzy synthetic evaluation that has been adopted in this paper, a series of evaluation indexes have been built, management methods and tools to realize the minimum construction costs have been put forward; in addition, being focused on the lean construc- tion level of highway construction projects, direction of improvement to reduce construction costs has been provided.
