煤掺量对焙烧铁矾渣中硫物相和含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在含石膏铁矾渣中掺入不同质量分数的煤粉,用球磨机将两者混合均匀,在不同温度下焙烧,以探究煤掺量对焙烧含石膏铁矾渣中硫的物相和含量的影响。研究表明:在不同焙烧温度下,煤掺量不超过20%时,S含量随温度升高呈下降趋势;煤掺量为15%时的含石膏铁矾渣,在1 000℃焙烧2 h后Fe含量最高(为26.51%),S含量最低(为4.59%),S的物相主要为CaSO_4和CaS;将其烧渣研磨后过100目筛,水洗后测得该渣中S含量减少至2.13%。通过探究煤掺量对铁矾渣中硫物相和含量的影响,为炼锌厂资源化利用铁矾渣提供了新思路。 The jarosite residue which contained gypsum was mixed uniformly with different mass fractions of powdery coal by using high speed ball mill, and then was calcined at different temperatures, to research the effect of the phase and content of sulfur by baking of jarosite on percentages of powdery coal. The result indicated that the sulfur content was on the decline with the temperature increases when the amount of coal was not more than 20% at various temperature conditions. The sample which contains 15% powdery coal had highest iron content(26.51% ) and lowest sulfur content(4.59% ) at temperature 1 000 ℃ for 2 h under the circumstances, the phase of sulfur was mainly CaSO4 and CaS. The lowest content of sulfur could be reduce to 2.13% when the set of cinder which contains 15% powdery coal was washed. the effect of the phase and content of sulfur by baking Through of jarosite on percentages of powdery coal. the analysis of Zinc smelting factory was provided a new way of utilization of jarosite residue.
