摘要 采用高温固相法制备了Gd_2O_2S:Yb^(3+),Ho^(3+)上转换发光材料,并研究了激活剂Ho^(3+)和敏化剂Yb^(3+)之间配比、烧结的温度和烧结时间对上转换发光材料发光性能的影响,得到了最佳离子配比、烧结时间与烧结温度,用XRD、SEM、荧光光谱等对样品进行了表征。采用快进快出的制备工艺,得到的上转换发光材料尺寸约为4μm,粒度均一,具有明显的六方晶形。Gd_2O_2S:Yb^(3+),Ho^(3+)在Ho^(3+)/Yb^(3+)摩尔掺杂比为0.5:18,1150℃条件下烧结2h时,发光最强。该粉体在980nm红外光照射下发出耀眼的绿光,光谱峰值位于544nm和548nm两个发射峰,对应于Ho^(3+)离子的~5F_4,~5S_2→~5I_8跃迁。在1064nm红外光照射下,光谱峰值位于548nm处的主峰,对应于Ho^(3+)离子的~5S_2→~5I_8跃迁。 In this paper the solid-state reaction method was adopted to prepare the up-conversion luminescence material Gd2O2S:Yb^3+,Ho^3+and the effects of the ratios of activator ions Ho^3+and sensitizer Yb^3+,sintering temperature and sintering time on the luminescent properties of the up-conversion phosphor samples were studied. The optimum ionic ratio,the optimum sintering temperature and sintering time were obtained. The XRD,SEM and the fluorescence spectroscopy were used to characterize the samples. The resulting phosphor has uniform size and clear hexagonal crystal form.The Gd2O2S:Yb^3+,Ho^3+ luminous strongest when the Ho^3+/Yb^3+molar doping ratio is 0.5∶18 with sintering at1150℃ for 2 hours. Phosphor glows bright green light peaking at the 544 nm and 548 nm excited at 980 nm infrared wavelength,which corresponded to the ^5F4,^5S2→^5I8 transition of Ho^3+. With the 1064 nm infrared light excitation,one emission peak located at 548 nm was found,which correspondes to ^5S2→^5I8 transition of Ho^3+.
