芪泽降压汤治疗轻度高血压随机平行对照研究

Essential Mild Hypertension Randomized Controlled Study Qize Jiangya Tang(芪泽降压汤) Treatment

[目的]观察芪泽降压汤治疗原发性轻度高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组30例左旋氨氯地平2.5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组30例芪泽降压汤(黄芪30g,党参20g,白术、炒薏苡仁各30g,泽泻、三七各15g,丹参20g,川芎、赤芍各15g,牛膝、葛根各20g),水煎400mL,1剂]/d,早晚温服。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、中医证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%;对照组显效15例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率75.34%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医证候积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]芪泽降压汤治疗原发性轻度高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe Qize Jiangya Tang treatment of primary mild Hypertension. [Method] Random parallel control method, 60 cases of outpatient treatment order numbers simple randomized into two groups. 30 patients levamlodipine 2.5 mg/times, 1 times/d. Treatment group of 30 patients Qize Jiangya Tang（Astragalus 30g, Codonopsis 20g, Atractylodes, fried Coix seed 30g, Alisma, Panax the 15g, Salvia 20g, Chuanxiong, red peony root 15g, Achyranthes, Pueraria 20g）, decoction 400 mL, 1 Ji/d, sooner or later, warm clothes. Continuous treatment for eight weeks for a course. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood pressure, symptom scores, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Result] Treatment group, 16 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%; control group, 15 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 75.34%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. TCM syndrome score improved in both groups （P〈0.01）, to improve the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Qize Jiangya Tang primary treatment of mild hypertension, results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
