摘要
提出了一种新的称为分割式分流模的结构。阐述了这种结构的分割方法、模具结构和有关结构参数的选择,包括上、下模组合成完整悬臂的搭接贴合方式、分流孔的设计及下模焊合室设计和工作带选择,并对这一新的模具结构与传统的平模结构、遮盖式分流模结构的使用结果进行了分析和对比。结果表明,分割式半空心铝型材分流模具有明显的优势,它改变了悬臂的结构,大大减小了悬臂的舌比,适用范围更广。同时,具有加工便利的特点,可以大大提高模具的强度;扩大了针对半空心铝型材的模具结构的选用范围,具有很强的针对性。
A new split type structure was presented. The split way for the new structure and the choice of relevant parameters were described,including lap jointing manner of the com- plete tongue formed by the male die and female die, the design of portholes and the welding chamber and the bearing. The results of the new structure and the traditional solid die struc- ture and the cover type hollow die structure were analyzed and compared. It is shown that the new structure has obvious advantages, which can change the structure of tongue and re- duce the ratio of tongue. It expands the range of choices of die structure for the semi-hollow aluminum profiles and has very strong pertinence.
