摘要
为了提高注塑模具设计的效率和准确率,以屏保上盖为例,介绍了基于Pro/E的具有复杂侧抽芯的注塑模设计流程及方案。利用塑料顾问模块对塑件进行了CAE分析,得到了塑料制品最佳浇口位置和浇口数量,预测了塑料制品可能出现的缺陷,得出了型腔构造方案,阐述了注塑模具三维结构的实现方法。结果表明:利用Pro/E以及塑料顾问模块能快速设计出合理的注塑模具。
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the injection mould design, tak- ing the screen cover as an example, the process and scheme of injection mould design based on Pro/E with complex side core pulling was introduced. By CAE analysis of plastic prod- ucts using plastic advisor module, the best gate position and quantity of the plastic product were analyzed, and the possible defects of the plastic product were predicted. In addition, the scheme of cavity formation was expressed. The realization method of 3D structure of in- jection mould was described. The result shows that a reasonable injection mould can be de- signed efficiently by using Pro/E and plastic advisor module.
