摘要
以玩具汽车外壳塑件为研究对象,运用Moldflow软件分析塑料件的最佳浇口位置和冷却方式。选取不同的浇口数目,通过对塑料件注塑成型过程的流动模拟,预测塑料熔体注塑成型的填充性、压力降、熔接痕等,得到合理的注塑成型工艺参数,可以为模具设计与制造提供可靠的设计数据,减少试模时间,降低制造成本,提高模具企业的市场竞争力。
Moldflow was used to analyze the injection molding of the toy car shell in order to determine the best gate location and cooling way. Different number of gates of the plastic injection molding was selected, and the filling time, pressure drop and melt flow front tem- perature were predicted through the flow simulation of the plastic injection molding process. Reasonable injection molding process parameters were obtained, which will provide reliable design data, reduce the mould testing time and tiveness for the mould enterprise.
