高危病人安全交班本在安全管理中的作用

The effect of Security logbook in the Safety management for high risk patients

目的探究高危病人安全交班本在临床护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取肿瘤科重症监护室在2015年1月至2016年1月收治的200例高危病人为研究对象,2015年7月前收治的患者为对照组(n=96),2015年7月后收治的患者为观察组(n=104)。两组患者的护理人员均为肿瘤科重症监护室护理人员,其中对照组患者的护理人员采用常规三班制交班本,观察组患者的护理人员采用带有提示性的表格制安全交班本。比较护理人员采用不同交班本时对患者风险评估能力、病人危险分值知晓情况及特殊检查延迟率情况,比较两组患者护理满意度,评价安全交班本在安全管理中的作用。结果采用安全交班本后护理人员对患者风险评估能力、病人危险分值知晓情况及特殊检查延迟率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为96.15%,对照组患者护理满意度为82.29%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高危病人采用安全交班本可有助于提高护理人员对患者病情的评估与预测能力,可显著改善对患者的护理质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,对高危病人的安全具有确切作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of safety logbook in clinical nursing safety management for high- risk patients. Methods Totally 200 cases of high risk patients who were admitted to the intensive care unit of the department of tumor during January 2015 and January 2016 were selected in the study.The patients admitted in before July 2015,were treated as control group（ n = 96）,and the other patients admitted in after July 2015 were treated as observation group（ n = 104）. The nursing staffs for patients in both groups were come from oncology intensive care unit. The nursing staff in control group adopted the conventional three- shift security logbook,however,the staff in observed group taken security logbook with a hint in the form. Compared the ability of nursing staff on risk assessment,awareness of risk score of patients and special check delay rate,and compared satisfaction on nursing work,evaluated the role of security logbook in the safety management.Results Capabilities of risk assessment for patients,awareness of patient risk score and special check delay of the nursing staff significantly better than the control group after the using of security logbook,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Satisfaction on nursing in observation group was 96.15%,and it was 82.29% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions The application of security shift for high risk patients can help to improve condition evaluation and prediction ability of the nursing staffs. Can significantly improve the quality of care for patients,and the patients＇ satisfaction degree on nursing service,with exact role in safety for high risk patients.
