摘要
通过对北方某电厂135 WM机组进行烟气余热回收装置的设计计算,将低温烟气余热回收装置布置于机组吸风机出口至脱硫增压风机入口烟道上,本装置可全年投运,具有良好的节能环保效益,经计算BMCR工况下可回收烟气余热6 MW,本装置在采暖期可为机组增加直接收益200.6万元每年,节水收益12.1万元每年;还间接提高脱硫除尘效率,降低脱硫电耗。
Through flue gas waste heat recovery device design calculation of a 135 WM unit,low-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery device is arranged on the unit ceiling fan outlet and the desulfurization booster air inlet flue,the device can be put into operation throughout the year,with good benefits in energy saving and environmental protection. At BMCR condition are calculated can recover the waste heat of flue gas of 6 MW,the device can be for unit to increase direct income 200.13 million yuan in the year,water- saving benefits 20. 57 million yuan every year; also indirectly improve the efficiency of desulfuration and dedusting,reduce desulfurization power consumptions.
