企业信用信息征集技术的研究与试点应用

企业信用信息征集是社会信用体系建设的重要环节。本文研究了企业信用信息包含的内容,以国家标准《信用信息征集规范第1部分:总则》(征求意见稿)为参考和试点依据,以质量信用信息征集为试点内容,分析了质量信用体系建设的背景和技术现状,结合实际应用讨论了质量信用信息的范围、来源和征集方式,分析了信用信息征集工作中存在的问题,并提出合理化建议。

Enterprise credit information collection is an important part of social credit system construction. This paper studies the content of enterprise credit information, and uses the national standard Credit information collection specification - Part 1： general principles （standard for comment） as references and basis for pilot study which main content is quality credit information collection. The paper analyzes the background and technical state of quality credit system construction. Furthermore, this paper discusses the range, source and collection method of quality credit information combined with practical application, and proposes some rational suggestions for the existing issues in credit information collection.
