摘要
随着跨国网络购物这一新购物模式的井喷式发展,跨国购物的人群和消费量急速扩张,"海淘族"这一群体也逐步进入社会公众的视野。本文从"海淘族"的用户属性、购物行为和购物体验三个维度出发,分析和梳理了"海淘族"形成的影响因素及其典型特征,并就"海淘族"进行了深入的探讨,提出"海淘族"的产生和发展不仅是消费升级的结果,也折射出时代的革新、社会的转型、市场的发展和价值观的变迁等多种问题。
With the sharp increase of international shopper population and great expansion of their consumption, "international shoppers" have come into the eyes of the public. By analyzing user attributes, consuming behaviors and consuming experience of international shoppers, this paper discusses the origins and typical characteristics of the group, and argues that the emergence of international shoppers is mainly due to consumption upgrade. This phenomenon also reflects changes brought by time, social in- novation, market development and value changes.
