The Historical Development of the Political Discipline of the CPC and Its Influence on the Early Communist Party

政治纪律作为党的纪律建设主线的确立,其内涵、范畴和制度雏形是在解放战争后期,通过建立严格的汇报请示制度和纪律完成的。但中国共产党的政治纪律观念的源起要追溯到大革命失败后的"左"倾时期,是由共产国际代表罗米那兹输入的,并与共产国际的"左"倾错误指导紧密相系。俄共式政治纪律不仅推波助澜了中国共产党的"左"倾政治路线错误,还对早期中国共产党人及其组织生活和革命造成了严重影响,这种影响直至延安整风运动后才被打破。

This effect lasted until after the Yan＇an rectification movement. Now in the upcoming the sixth Plenary Ses- sion of the 18th CPC Central Committee, reviewed will be ＂Several Criteria on the Political Life of the Party under the New Situa- tion＂ and ＂The CPC Supervision Regulations＂. If passed, they will become the Party＇s standards of political life under the new situation. Coupled with the improved supervision with the Party, they will be another staged success in the institutionalization of the Party＇s discipline construction as well as the further implementation of the task to govern the Party in a strict and comprehenslve way.
