摘要
构建一支素质优良、结构合理、富有活力的"双师双能型"师资队伍,是应用型人才培养的根本保障。为此,要注重转变理念、清晰定位,注重拓宽渠道、优化结构,注重强化培训、提升技能,注重多元评价、配套激励,以打造一支适应地方本科高校转型发展的合格师资队伍。
University of new type calls for teachers of new pattern. Thus, how to strengthen the construction of teachers with "dual -qualification" and "double- competency" has become a key issue and fundamental guarantee for the restructuring and development of local universities in the process of transition to universities of applied technology. In view of the situation, we propose the following suggestions: changing the traditional concepts of education; clear positioning of schooling goals ; broadening the channels and optimizing the structure ; strengthening the training and upgrading of teaching skills ; introducing the multi - e- valuation system; offering corresponding incentives.
