China＇s first geosynchronous orbit high-resolu- tion mapping satellite has been put into operation formally. During the 6-month in-orbit operation, the tests on the satellite platform system, the function of satellite payload system, the integration of satellite and ground and the ground system as well as the operational applications have been completed, all meeting the design requirements.
