广西杉木良种组培容器苗移栽和施肥技术 被引量:2

Techniques for Transplantation and Fertilization of Improved Cunninghamia lanceolata Varieties' Seedlings with Tissue-cultured Container in Guangxi Province

摘要 以杉木组培容器苗为材料,进行不同基质和不同月份、不同施肥措施等处理对组培苗木生长影响的试验。结果表明,杉木组培生根瓶苗全年每月均可以移栽,但不同的月份因气候条件有别,苗木移栽成活率不一致,苗木移栽最好的时间是5月和11月,成活率分别为97.6%和97.7%,最低的是8月,仅86.8%;选用红心土或30%红心土+70%椰糠做基质,苗木移栽成活率高达96.3%以上,苗木根系发达,生长良好;采用芬兰复合肥0.8%+尿素0.05%+氯化钾肥0.05%的混合肥料配比,对杉木组培苗生长效果良好,移栽培养120天,苗木平均高生长15.8cm,地径0.263cm,比对照的分别高260.3%和324.2%。 Effects of matrix, season and fertilization on growth of tissue-cultured container seedlings after transplanting in Cunninghamia lanceolata was studied in this paper. Results showed that in vitro rooting seedlings were able to be transplanted in all seasons of a year, while transplantation survival percentage of seedlings was different with seasonal climate conditions. The best seedlings transplantation was in May and November, and transplantation survival percentage was 97.6% and 97.7% , respectively. The worst was in August, only being 86.8%. The matrix made of red soil or 30% red soil+70% coir contributed to higher transplantation survival rate with 96. 3%,developed root system as well as good growth of seedlings. Application of fertilizer mixed with 0. 8% Finnish compound fertilizer+0. 05% urea+0. 05% KC1 improved growth of tissue-cultured C. lanceolata seedling. By using this combination, the average of seedlings height and basal increment was 15.8 cm and 0. 263 cm after 120 days of transplantation, which was 260. 3% and 324. 2% higher than that of the control.
