摘要
在导游专业教学中采用"任务导向"教学,教师按岗位能力需求设计出具体的学习任务,并指导学生完成;学生在自主学习过程中,主动搜集和应用学习资源,研究、解决问题。本文以《金山导游讲解》为例,提出"任务导向"教学设计的原则、考核和评价方法,总结"任务导向"教学对教师素质的要求。
Adopting the task-oriented teaching in Tour Guide teaching, the teachers should design specific learning tasks according to the post demands, and guide the students to finish them; while during the students＇ self -learning process, they should actively collect and apply the learning resources, undertake research and solve the problems. This paper takes the lesson Jinshan Tour Guide Interpretation as an example, puts forward the principles, assessment and evaluation methods of the task-oriented teaching design, and summarizes the requirements of task-oriented teaching on teachers＇ quality.
