摘要 现代学徒制下仅仅依靠学校的现有课程,要实现学徒生的优质就业,是不切实际的。江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校旅游服务与管理专业在现代学徒制下深入开发与实施校企课程,通过"四点"策略,即以合作企业、校企职责、施教对象这"三个确定"为基点,授课教师、施教方案这"两个选定"为重点,校企课程内容这"一个商定"为难点以及教学方法、教学资源、评价方式这个"多元教学"为焦点,打开了一条学徒生优质就业之路。 Under the background of modem apprenticeship, it is an unrealistic dream to achieve quality employment only by relying on the school's current curriculum. The tourism services and management specialty in Yangzhou Tourism & Business Vocational School develops and implemented the school-enterprise curriculum with innovative strategies, respectively taking cooperative enterprises, school-enterprise responsibilities and teaching objects as the starting points, taking the teachers and teaching plans as key points, taking school-enterprise curriculum as difficulties and taking teaching methods, teaching resources and evaluation methods as focuses, to open the channel for the students" quality employment.
