摘要
教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,职业学校的教师更是无法回避这一问题。本文将质的研究方法运用到职业学校教师的职业倦怠研究中,从研究方法、研究过程、研究结果、职业倦怠的危害、职业倦怠的干预策略等方面对职业学校教师职业倦怠进行了系统研究,旨在唤起全社会关注职业学校教师的职业倦怠现象,并适时的进行预防、干预。
The teacher is the high incidence of job burnout, and vocational school teachers are unable to avoid this problem. In this paper, the qualitative research method is applied to the study of the job burnout in vocational school teachers, which systematically undertakes research on the aspects of research methods, research process, research results, harm of the job burnout and intervention strategies, at the aim of arousing the attention of the whole society on the job burnout of vocational school teachers with timely prevention and intervention.
