急诊护士核心能力培训的效果观察

The Effect of Core Competency Training in Emergency Nurse

目的探讨急诊护士核心能力培训在提高急诊护士核心能力中的应用效果。方法本研究选取我院急诊科护士30名作为研究对象,自2014年4月~2015年6月对所有护士进行急诊护士核心能力培训,对培训前后护士专业知识水平、护理操作、急救技能、综合能力及患者对护理的护理满意度进行对比分析。结果与培训前相比,培训后护士专业知识水平、护理操作、急救技能、综合能力及患者对护理的护理满意度均得到提高（P均〈0.01）。结论将急诊护士核心能力培训用于急诊护士的培训可提高急诊护士的专业知识水平、护理操作、急救技能及综合能力,同时提高了患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of core competency training in the improvement of core competency in emergency nurse. Methods 30 nurses in the emergency department was selected and taken core competency training from April 2014 to June 2015. The level of expertise, nursing procedure, first-aid skill, comprehensive abilities and patient satisfaction with nursing care before and after the training was compared. Results Compared with the level before training, the level of expertise, nursing procedure, first-aid skill, comprehensive abilities and patient satisfaction with nursing care after the training was improved significant（all P〈0.01）. Conclusion The core competency training in emergency nurse can improve the level of expertise, nursing procedure, comprehensive abilities and patient satisfaction.
